I do not check my phone (and reminders) until I am showered and ready to start the day.

So, at 6:30 am on average, I always guessed if it was time for a new pair when I had to put my contact lenses on.

But now, this little note in my medicine cabinet is the first thing I see in the morning. So far, so good!
