🇮🇹 Italian wedding cookies are one of my favorites this time of year. Buttery, full of almond flavor, and covered in powdered sugar… preferably enjoyed with a cup of coffee. 🤍

INGREDIENTS
• 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup almond flour
• ¼ tsp kosher salt
• ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 egg, at room temperature
• ½ tsp almond extract
• ½ cup powdered sugar, plus more for finishing

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Beat the softened butter with the powdered sugar until light and creamy.
3. Add the egg, almond extract, and salt. Continue beating for about 1 minute.
4. Turn the mixer to low and add both flours. Mix just until incorporated.
5. Scoop out the dough with a tablespoon, then roll it into balls with your hands. Place on a baking sheet and gently press the tops.
6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until set. They will still be pale, not brown.
7. Allow to cool, transfer to a plate, and dust with powdered sugar.

🤎 Everyone’s counting down to Christmas, but Thanksgiving will always have a special place in my heart.

I got engaged on Thanksgiving Day, and years later, found out we were expecting our son the day before Thanksgiving. So much to be grateful for!

This year, I’m hosting again for the first time in five years, and I couldn’t be more excited! 🍂

When House of Wick gifted me their beautiful Pumpkin Patch candle, I knew I’d found my centerpiece. I love how one special piece can inspire an entire table. I wanted something simple, collected, and elegant, and this candle brought my vision together beautifully.

🤎Save this deliciously creamy fall dip for your next cozy gathering!

🍁Maple Pecan Dip

Ingredients:

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp golden maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• Pinch of salt
• ¼ cup chopped pecans, toasted
• Extra maple syrup for drizzling

Directions:

1. Mix softened cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
2. Add Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until creamy.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with toasted pecans, and finish with a drizzle of maple syrup.
4. Serve with honeycrisp apple slices, graham crackers, or your favorite dippers!

I used plain Greek yogurt instead of whipped topping for a silky texture and to balance the sweetness, but sour cream works, too! I prefer golden maple syrup for its delicate flavor, and toasting the pecans brings out a richer, nuttier taste.

To toast the pecans, simply stir them in a dry skillet over medium-low heat for 3–5 minutes until toasted and fragrant. Let cool and chop them into small pieces.
