🌿 Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here!

I believe every home can run with rhythm, not rush. I’m not chasing perfection—just creating systems that stick. Let’s make home feel like it fits the people living in it.

Hi there! I’m Flavia.

I’m an industrial engineer by profession, a creator at heart, and the voice behind Neat House. Sweet Home.®

I believe a home should be beautiful, functional, and deeply lived in. The kind of home that feels collected over time—not decorated overnight. A home where cozy and organized go hand in hand, where every room serves a purpose, and where thoughtful details make everyday life feel just a little more special.

Since launching this blog in 2014, I’ve helped thousands of women create homes that are as practical as they are welcoming through organization, decorating, and simple systems that work in real life.

What began as a creative outlet—a place where my love for organization, design, and homemaking could meet my analytical engineering mind—has grown into something much more. Along the way, my own perspective changed. After experiencing personal loss, I began looking at home differently. I found myself valuing peace over perfection, intentional living over constant striving, and creating spaces that support the life being lived inside them.

I discovered that a well-loved home isn’t about chasing every trend. It’s about layering pieces you genuinely love, choosing quality over excess, embracing timeless style, and keeping your home functional enough to make everyday routines feel easier—not harder.

Today you’ll find a little bit of everything here: home organization, cozy decorating, seasonal styling, practical product finds, and ideas for creating spaces that feel warm, collected, and effortless to live in. Every recommendation I share is chosen with one goal in mind—to help you build a home that’s both beautiful and practical.

Along the way, I’ve also built three businesses: a digital invitations shop, a Catholic gift shop, and a collection of productivity tools for the home. One of my favorite creations is The Neat To-Do List Notepad, born from my own need to balance homemaking, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Its printable version remains one of the most-shared resources on Pinterest.

My engineering background still shapes everything I create. It helps me see homes as systems—not just rooms. Because the most beautiful spaces are the ones that truly work for the people living in them.

I’m so glad you’re here. I hope you leave feeling inspired to create a home that’s welcoming, organized, timeless, and uniquely yours.
