If you follow me on Instagram, you probably noticed how I’ve been on a ‘spring cleaning kick’ lately. This particular post caught the attention of many when I desperately cried out for help. Two weeks in and I am not nearly done cleaning out my studio, but one little corner is! So, I decided to put some final touches and created this ‘Unending Love Amazing Grace’ printable art, just in time for Easter.

I have to admit that even though I despise the word ‘multitasking’, I do not follow my own advice and always try to do too many things at the same time. In the end, everything is halfway done.
While I was decluttering and cleaning the office, I was also updating Logan’s bedroom and (you guessed it) none of the projects is complete, yet. We purchased a new queen size bed for Logan and the thing is rather big for a room that looked so cute and sweet when it was a nursery and a little boy’s room.
With the big queen bed coming in, this Ikea Trofast found a place in what has become my new favorite corner in my studio. This corner was neglected, dull, and piled up with what seemed to be too many shipping boxes for the number of orders I am fulfilling lately.
But now it’s dreamy and airy.
I visited my local Kirkland’s a few weeks ago, and while looking for a laundry room sign (another unfinished project), I found this gorgeous framed art, with a Bible verse that fits perfect in a workplace like this. It reads:
Let all that you do, be done in love. 1 Corinthians 16:14
At first, I thought I would leave the wall blank with just the aqua frame. But since the Trofast has a ‘sloped’ look, I had the sensation that something was missing. So I created the printable ‘Unending Love, Amazing Grace’, and filled part of the gap. The wall might or might not become a gallery wall. We shall see.
The words ‘unending love, amazing grace’ are just two sentences of Chris Tomlin’s song Amazing Grace (My Chains are Gone). If you are not familiar with the song, let me tell you that is an awe-inspiring version of the original hymn written in 1779.
Another favorite part of this cute little corner is my embellishment center from Michaels. It’s been hung on that wall since day one when I first remodeled this office in 2012. It was neglected too, for a while, and accumulated too much of nothing. So, I rearranged my glitter in a rainbow pattern and my wonderful, beautiful mom had the genius idea to tuck in the upper cubbies my 4 wooden letters NHSH (the acronym calls for ‘Neat House. Sweet Home’, in case you didn’t catch that 😉 ).
I am so in love with this space now! The Ikea Trofast that once stored dozens of trains, stores a fair amount of paper and folders that I don’t think I will use in a lifetime!! But, since it’s all concealed and aesthetically appealing, I don’t mind holding on to them for a few more years.
